Spiral Curls?
This may be a dumb question.. but is it possible for me to get spirals in my hair? Don't want to get it flat ironed again but I want to go get my hair done. I just want little small ones to make my hair look big and curly. LOL now that I'm saying it it sounds kinda cheezy.

Re: Spiral Curls?
Hey
I am not sure how long your hair is but I have a way of making spiral curls. I am from South Africa, Cape Town and we try everything out. I'm not sure who came up with this idea or if you even heard of it yet.
Okay...we use straws (drinking straws) and styling gel and bobby pins of course...not those that flake. Might sound weird but it works!
Just take small sections, strands of your hair, put a generous amount of gel on from root to tip _ put the tip of the straw against your head and start wrapping/winding the hair around it. Depending on the length of your hair, cut off the end of the straw and fasten the hair to the straw with a bobb pin. In some instances you can put a pin on top aswell to keep it in place. Do that to all your hair and once you're done you will look really funny. Most of the time we will either let it dry completely naturally or just use a blow dryer. Please note that it should be bone dry...
When taking it out, firstly remove all the pins then try and pull the straws out from the bottom. With some you will struggle cos the hair might stick to the straw so in that case twist it out without ruining the curls.
I dont have pics at the moment but I'll try and post some in future.
Hope you understand my explanation, lol...
Feel free to asl any questions...
