Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
I did the Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse today. Made my hair really Shinny. After the rinse I used Creme De La Curl and some Coconut Oil and then twist it and sat under the dryer for 1/2 hr. My hair feels great.

I bought some ACV and have not used it yet. How do you use this in the regimen?

I wanna know too!
Re: Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
This was my first time doing it. All I did was wash my hair first, then I did the rinse let it sit in for 20min then I continued with my condition and styling.

Re: Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
I used 1 teaspoon and 8oz Water. Only use a little ACV the smell is very very strong. You can even use 1/2 teaspoon. ALWAYS MORE WATER.

Re: Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
It made my hair shinier, softer. It's GREAT for removing the build up from the products. It has other benefits also. Google it and checkout the other benefits. This was my first time using it and I got great results. It works for me.

Re: Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
So 1 teaspoon per 8oz of water? That doesn't seem like it's enough to make a difference. Must be powerful!!

Re: Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
@ladyk2009 I do it once a week. You could try using a tablespoon if you can take the smell. @lovelymykinks Yes, it is strong. You could use a little more it you like it's not going to harm your hair. If you use to much you may dry your hair out. USE MORE water if you going to increase the ACV.
