Hair Won't Grow!!
Okay I have been changing up my hair regimen because it seems like my growth has been stunted. Does anyone else with a very tight 4c-z curl pattern feel like our hair grows at a slower rate or that because our coils are so tight that they may be damaged more than the other hair types? I saw a few videos where other curlies felt like because of all the tangles that go along with our coils our hair is slower to grow and gets damaged because of the frequent knots. I just thought I would ask.
Feeling a little frustrated but still strong in my stand...Natural all the way!

Re: Hair Won't Grow!!
Hey OldSoulNita
I feel the same way I have been struggling with growth for the last few months also I have not come up with a solution yet but I have just started drinking more water and taking hair, nail, and skin pills to see if that will work! Hope this helps!

Re: Hair Won't Grow!!
Thanks Swalters
I have been drinking water and taking all kinds of pills. I have even been eating more healthy and balanced. I just started back working out and now I am protective styling with wigs and things so that I keep my hands out of my hair. I am not saying that it hasn't grown at all...but I am slow in my growth. I am doing the bagging and trying to keep my hair moisturized to combat dryness...
