There are plenty of resources on this site that tell you about which shampoos and conditioners to use but I can see that you must be struggling with learning to use the site. I'll tell you a few things use a sulfate free shampoo. always look at the ingredients. Depending on your hair type, you'll need to determine how often you need to shampoo. But usually it's once a month but co-washing everyday. Every girls hair regimen is different. Co-washing means to wash with just conditioner. Now as for conditioner, use one with out silicates. Anything that ends in -one in the ingredients list you don't want it. VO5 mosturizing conditioner is seems to be the best choice and the most economical; you can get it at the dollar store!
