How I Take Care of My Hair (Nov-Jan)
*I co-wash 1-2x a week. Always on Saturday, but sometimes also on Wednesday. I started the 2nd co-wash recently, due to my increase in workouts (I workout 3-4x a week!)
*I deep condition 1x a week.
*I shampoo every 2 weeks (2x a month).
*I always add oil to seal my ends and prevent breakage.
*I always set my hair in flat twists or big two strand twists using a moisturizer and sometimes gel for a stronger hold.
*I always sleep with a satin bonnet.
*I always take my multi vitamin, vitamin c, folic acid, and BIOTIN. (theres an article in the Healthy Living Forum about Biotin if you want more info)

It is hard keeping yr style when U R sweating so much at the Gym. I usually put a sweat band on and wrist bands. It really helps. I'm going to start just putting two flat twist or corn rows in just before I work out along with the Bands. In the morning when I run I put on a on underarmor scarf. It absorbs the water. I need to get some more. I only have orange LOL. You could get a great buy at Marshall. Modells also has them. But U get a better price at Marshalls

Here are some good Hair Care tips. Always eat Healthy. Oil and deep condition your hair regularly. Visit your Salon and pamper your hair with good massages, packs, and hair spa treatments. Avoid using too much of chemical on your hair. Wear a scarf when out in the sun. Use wooden combs for our hair. And always visit a good stylist to know what best works for your hair type.
