drinking water
Good evening ladies =)
I read that drinking water is really good for the hair and I was wondering if any of you have had good experience with it or lets say have you noticed any changes since you started drinking water more regularly?

Re: drinking water
Yes yes yes it is!!
Drinking water is good for your body overall.
Your hair will increase in moisture and if you suffer from breakage, drinking water will help in decreasing the amount of breakage. If your hair isn't breaking then your growth will be magnified!
Water helps promote clear skin as well.
DRINK IT UP!

Re: drinking water
I found this for yall
Healthy Hair
Source:http://beauty.iloveindia.com/hair/healthy-hair.html
The most effective way to get healthy hair is to have a healthy diet. Lustrous, healthy hair is a result of a healthy body and a result of eating healthy food. Beautiful, healthy hair is a result of a healthy diet. There are certain foods that make your hair healthy and strong. Incorporate these foods in your day-to-day diet and you will notice the difference in your hair within a few weeks.
Water: One-fourth of the weight, of a strand of hair, is made up of water. Water makes your hair supple and soft therefore you should have enough water. Do not wait till you are thirsty keep drinking water. If you thirsty it means that you have lost water and your body is asking you to replenish the loss. Water keeps your hair silky and shiny as well.

Drink white Teas then. I work at Teavana and when I'm not drinking water I drink white tea. They have all different flavors and white Tea is healthy for your skin and cleaning your body.

I didnt even come close to drinking all my waters yesterday....
I usually keep a case of water in the trunk of my car lol When I'm at work I always start with a white tea and I've been seeing big changes in my skin except this week since I've been sick.. I find my sink has been breaking out a little.

Re: drinking water
Hey Yall,
This is what I do to get my water in all day long......I make sure in the morning I drink a full cup of water...eat my breakfast and take a few of my vitamins. Then I just sip water or always try to have a water bottle with me. Especially since it is hot outside water should be a regular for everyone....just don't think about it...just do it. I think ice cold water makes a big difference as well. Also, I just started back exercising and water is essential to staying hydrated. Since I have been typing this reply I have drank half a cup of water. There is nothing like water for the body. I look forward to the water challenge.

Re: drinking water
I have personally experienced that drinking water makes my hair really healthy. It is good for your hair and skin as it flushes out all toxins and keeps your body healthy. I totally recommend water therapy to all. The best thing to do is, wake up in the morning and drink a glass of warm water. Maybe infuse it with green tea leaves for better results. And then through out the day keep sipping water and keep yourself hydrated and healthy.
